Our Story
Rooted in Humboldt County, Humboldt Book Donation was born from a simple belief: good books shouldn't gather dust—they should gather readers.

Our History
It started with overflowing shelves in our own homes and noticing how many of our neighbors in Arcata and Eureka had the same problem. You read a great book, you love it, and then... it sits there.
We realized there was a gap between people who wanted to rehome their books and the local avenues available to take them. That's why we created Pop'n Tots. We wanted to build a service that feels like a friendly neighbor coming over to help you clean out your garage.
Today, we serve the greater Humboldt County area, ensuring that every gently used book we collect finds its way into hands that will appreciate it. Whether we're stopping by McKinleyville for a porch pickup or accepting drop-offs, our mission remains the same: keeping stories circulating and our local community connected.
